Free kilometres per day
The daily allowance printed in the same row as the rate, never assumed unlimited.
Service and roadside help
24/7 assistance while the car stays inside Ukraine.
Branch pickup and return
Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro desks, airport counters included.
Clean, fuelled handover
Full tank and a signed condition sheet at the handover of keys.
Deposit release
The card block is lifted after return, matching the deposit shown on your rate row.

Not included

Cross-city drop-off fee
Returning the car to a branch other than the pickup point.
Young driver fee
Drivers under 25 pay a supplement on every rental day.
Additional driver fee
Each extra named driver, charged once per rental.
Fuel
The tank returns full, or refuelling is billed at the pump price.
Extra kilometres
Any distance beyond the free-kilometre allowance for that day.
Fines, tolls, parking
Issued to the renter as they arrive, plus the handling charge on the notice.

The most requested runs from our pickup points in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro. The recommended class is the smallest one that keeps the whole trip inside its daily allowance on the fleet rate card.
