In accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce', the provider identifies itself and publishes these terms on its website.

2. Services and Public Offer

All rental services are provided under a public offer. The essential terms, pricing and vehicle details are presented before you place an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the offer under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 'On Electronic Commerce'.

3. Consumer Rights

You are entitled to clear information about the service, its terms and the provider. These rights are protected by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
