Age, licence and deposit

Minimum age is 23; drivers aged 23-24 pay UAH 300 per day. A licence held for at least 2 years and a passport are required at pick-up. A refundable deposit of UAH 8,000 is held on the renter's card and released within 14 days of return.

Fuel and mileage

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned full; missing fuel is charged at pump price plus UAH 200. The daily allowance is 250 km, then UAH 12 per extra kilometre; unlimited mileage applies to selected rates.

Insurance

Third-party liability cover is included with a deductible of UAH 15,000, reducible with optional damage cover. Damage from intoxication, unauthorised drivers or off-road use is excluded.

Additional fees and cancellation

• Late return: UAH 250 per hour.
• One-way return: from UAH 1,500.
• Heavy soiling cleaning: UAH 900.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up; later cancellations are charged one rental day.

Consumer information is provided under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies require consent under the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020 'On Electronic Communications'.
